We all have different schedules and needs for our exercise routines. MRC prides itself on providing a variety of options to help you get the right tennis programs on your calendar. Whether its one-on-one or group instruction, fitness, drills, or league play -- we have what you're looking for.
Looking for a way to fit in a great workout while making some new friends? This is the class for you! Get your heart pumping by moving around and hitting a large quantity of tennis balls. There are eight spots available in each class. Members are allowed to sign up one week in advance and non-members are allowed to sign up three days in advance.
Point play offense and defense is a cardio tennis workout! Actual points are played out while working your entire body from head to toe. You will continually be moving from offense to defense in these fast pace drills. Try it and you will be hooked!
PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE
Our talented staff cultivate a love of the game through their positive approach and teaching style. For those who desire more specialized instruction than is offered in our clinics, we have private, semi-private, and 3 or 4 person lessons available.
