Richard is a dedicated and very experienced tennis pro. He has been on the staff at MRC since 2001. Richard is the proud father of two sons, Ryan and Eric. He enjoys playing the piano when not on the courts.

Matt Cusack
Matt graduated from Western Connecticut State University. Matt captained his soccer and tennis teams in college. He brings 8 years of teaching experieince to our club. Matt is passionate about his tennis and currently involved in USTA men's open tournament play. When not playing tennis, Matt enjoys hiking, biking, soccer, traveling, snowboard and spending time with his family and friends.

Amy graduated from Colgate University, where she captained the Colgate squash team. She has also been a USTA team captain for 10 years, and led MRC's 4.5 team to Nationals in 2009. Amy enjoys skiing, traveling, hiking with her dog Bodie, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kathleen Douglas
Kathleen comes to us from the Midewest where she graduated from the University of Iowa.
Kathleen brings over four years of teaching experience to our cub. Kathleen has been passionate
about tennis since she was six years old. She played in many tournaments as a junior capturing
the Quad States Open Title, as well as the Davenport and Bettendorf Closed Championship Titles.
When not playing or teaching tennis, Kathleen has utilized her Finance degree working for a
well known law firm in Waterbury, CT. In addition, she has three children and a dog that keep
her very busy. She loves to travel, go for long runs and most importantly spend time with family
and friends.
